Compaq SCSI drive cage backplane – Internal, two bay, hot-pluggable

Overview:
Optional ML3xx Internal Two Bay Hot Plug Wide Ultra2/Ultra3 SCSI Drive Cage increases internal hot Pluggable storage capacity and allows separation of boot and OS hard drives or hot plug tape to run on a separate channel from data drives. Fits into two Removable Media Bays on the ML330, ML330-G2, ML350, ML350-G2, and ML370-G2. Supports either two Universal Ultra2 or Ultra3 Pluggable Hard Drives or one Universal Ultra2 or Ultra3 Hard Drive and one Hot Plug Tape Drive. Includes a Point-to-Point Ultra3 SCSI Cable. Can be used in conjunction with an existing drive cage for duplexing.

This drive cage has it’s own termination and cannot be daisy-chained off of existing drive cage. Requires a seperate SCSI or RAID channel or controller.
